Spring is just around the corner and we are so ready for the warmer temperatures, longer days, and more sun! As mother earth begins to waken after a deep sleep, we get to witness new life springing forward; first the tulips and daisies, then the yellow forsythia bushes and the lilacs. Their color and beautiful aromas breathe new life into our light-starved souls.

We cover topics about relationships, finances, and parenting, as well as ways to increase self-esteem and stress release techniques. These classes are current and relevant to our times. We invite you to join us as we discuss issues that pertain to mothering and how we can heal generational patterns. When we can let go of old parenting patterns that have been such a burden to us, we will be empowered to model something better to our children.
