What is the Process?

Our perception is colored by the beliefs we hold in our mind. These beliefs create our attitudes, emotions, and physiological reactions to the challenges we face in our daily lives. When we revisit our negative beliefs and clear emotional negativity, we open a space for our heart to forgive and heal. Whether you are acutely aware of past trauma in need of healing, or simply interested in releasing stress, Emotional Processing is an adaptable, energetic healing practice that creates life-changing results.

The Process

“The process” is the phrase we use to describe the 4-part technique used in an emotional healing session. In each process you will:

  • Revisit past trauma or experiences
  • Recognize and release negative emotions, pain, or toxic beliefs
  • Release negativity
  • Renew your emotional well-being, increasing immune system and increasing the body’s flow of energy


Process Details

Each process is lead by a qualified facilitator* in a quiet space in-person or over-the-phone. A typical process for an adult lasts about an hour and a half, children generally an hour or less.

The process feels much like a guided meditation, where your facilitator helps to identify an age to work on. Together, you and the facilitator identify belief patterns, choices, and emotional perceptions at that age. Through languaging and visualization, you and the facilitator release the negative emotions and the patterns of imbalance, coming to a place of healing.

In a process, facilitators may use guided imagery, applied kinesiology (muscle response testing), NLP, chakra work, speaking out feelings, role play, emotional release work, guided visualization and meditation techniques.

*A qualified facilitator will need to have completed the year-long certification program, with a minimum of one hundred processes prior to certification.


The Process and Traditional Therapies

Processing can help to support and further the work of those in traditional counseling or therapy. Processing itself is not traditional counseling or therapy, in that it does not include diagnosing or prescribing medication. Instead, processing is associated with psycho-neuro-immunology (PNI). This science focuses on how our thoughts and feelings affect our health.
